We use Klaviyo to process newsletter subscriptions, manage subscriber information, measure email and website engagement, and send marketing emails. Information submitted through the newsletter form is sent to Klaviyo and handled under Klaviyo’s privacy practices. The Site also links to third-party platforms — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify, GoFundMe, and Amazon. If you interact with those platforms (for example, streaming music, purchasing a book, or making a donation), your information is collected and handled according to that platform’s own privacy policy, not this one. The iCANS is a children’s book and media brand, and we take children’s privacy seriously. The newsletter form is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
